1. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, affiliates, distributors, or immediate family members of SleepCreme, LLC are not eligible to participate. 

2. Sweepstakes Period
The Sleep & Wellness Giveaway begins November 4th 2025, 12:00AM and ends November 21st 2025, 12:00AM. Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter
To enter the sleepstakes: 
Visit sleepcream.com/sleepstakes or sleepcreme.com/sleepstakes. 
Submit a valid email address with required information via the entry form to receive sleep tips and member only sleep and wellness offers from SleepCreme. Each valid email address counts as one (1) entry into the giveaway. 

4. Optional Bonus Entries
Participants may earn additional entries through the following actions during the Promotion Period:

+1 Entry for liking the official Sleep Creme page on Facebook (facebook.com/sleepcreme)
Each action must be completed through a public or verifiable profile to qualify. Duplicate, fraudulent, or automated entries will be disqualified.

5. Prize
One (1) Grand Prize* Winner will receive: 
A Garmin Venu 4 Tech Watch + the SleepCreme Deluxe Bundle — Valued at $1,000.
*No cash equivalent or prize substitution is permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary. 

6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will occur within five (5) business days after the Promotion Period ends. 
The selected winner will be notified via the email provided at entry. The winner must respond within 72 hours of notification to claim the prize. If no response is received, an alternate winner may be chosen.

7. Publicity
By entering, participants grant SleepCreme permission to use their name, likeness, and/or social handle for promotional purposes in connection with this sleepstakes, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. 

8. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sleepstakes if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the operation of the sleepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law.

9. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless SleepCreme, LLC, its affiliates, partners, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation or acceptance of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable entries.

10. Privacy
Information collected from entrants will be used in accordance with SleepCreme’s Privacy Policy and only for administering the sleepstakes and sending promotional communications.
